The main technical contents of this specification are: General principles, terminology, basic provisions, regional layout, general layout of oil and gas station and line block valve chamber, production facilities of oil and gas station, gathering and transmission pipeline of oil and gas field, fire-fighting facilities, electrical and liquefied natural gas station, etc., with 10 chapters and 2 appendices.

The main technical contents of this specification are as follows:

1. The scope of application is extended to block valves (chambers) of oil and gas pipelines;

2. The scale of natural gas station is re divided;

3. The requirement of sewage drainage facilities is increased;

4. The fire protection requirements of crude oil stabilization unit area are defined;

5. Cancel the relevant requirements of full frozen storage tank in oil and gas station

6. Put forward the specific fire protection distance requirements for the regional layout of LNG stations;

7. Requirements for process facilities and automatic fire alarm and gas detection system of LNG station are added. The general provisions and Appendix A of LNG stations are cancelled, and their contents are merged with other chapters;

8. Appendix A is cancelled and its contents are included in the explanatory notes;

9. The calculation of LNG leakage in LNG station in Appendix B is added;

10. The contents not suitable for this specification are revised and the arrangement of some clauses is adjusted.
